About the ride
Ride from Nerja towards Almunecar and then start the famous Cabra Climb by turning inland towards Jete and Otivar.
From the top of the climb expect very long fast descents and rolling roads through the beautiful Granada countryside .
Before you set off
Expect steep sections and winding descents. Check out the weather inland before setting off. It can be extremely hot or cold at the top of the cabra climb depending on time of year.
This is a very challenging route and a long day of cycling. You will need bike lights as you pass through two tunnels.
